Before setup email account at Outlook, we should ready the email setting as below (you may get it from hosting provider):

Steps to configure the How-to Schema widget:
Click “File” at menu bar, and click “Add Account” or “Account Setting”.

Insert Your Name, Email and Password OR you can choose “Manual setup or additional server type”.

Outlook will get configuration from your hosting and setup it automatic.

Tick “Change account setup”.

Select “IMAP” as account type.

Make sure insert particular correctly.

Untick “Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too” if don’t want setup email account at mobile. Click “More Setting” button.

It will pop out More Setting screen. Goto “Outgoing Server” tab and tick “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”.

Goto "Advanced" tab, select STARTTLS as type of encrypted connection and change Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587. Then click OK.

Click Finish button to save account setting. Outlook will test for login server and send out email.
