BoxTrapper is filters spam from your inbox through challenge-response verification. BoxTrapper automatically sends a verification email in response, the sender must complete the verification process before the email deliver to your inbox.
* Not every hosting provide BoxTrapper features.
Step 1
Login to cPanel webmail. Scroll down and click BoxTrapper.
Step 2
Click Edit White/Black/Ignore Lists.
Step 3
Click Edit Blacklist.
Step 4
Add email "from abc@abc.com" and click Save button.
